We welcome guest 18 and older.
We do not allow pets on the property.
All of our rooms are available for single or double occupancy only.
We require a two night minimum stay
A 50% deposit (100% of your total) is required at the time of your reservation. We accept payment by check or cash. We do not accept credit cards. Rates and policies are based on and are subject to change at any time. Use of a gift certificate or coupons MUST be mentioned at the time of booking.
PAYMENT: Our payment preference is cash or check.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check In time is between 4:00 – 7:00 pm. The lodge is closed and unavailable to early check ins or bag drops from 11:00 to 4:00 PM. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a later arrival. Check Out is promptly by 11:00 am.
Siskiwit Bay Lodge is a small business and, unlike hotels, we do not over book our room inventory. When we guarantee an accommodation we enter into a contract and we lose the opportunity to sell it to others; that is why it is important for the guarantee to be honored both ways.
1) Cancellations with 30 days or more notice, your deposit will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee.
2) Cancellations with 15 to 29 days notice, the deposit will be returned IF the reservation is filled by another party less a $50 cancellation fee.
3) Cancellations with 14 days or less notice, you will be charged for the full reservation with no refund of deposit. If a gift certificate/gift card is used for your stay, the value of the certificate will be retained to cover the cancellation fee and/or entire cost of the reservation.
OUR CANCELATION IS ON YOUR HONOR AS WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR THESE FEES.
The Siskiwit Bay Lodge is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. We provide a designated smoking area away from the lodge. DAMAGES: Any damages done to property will be billed to you…. our guest. Damages include, but are not limited to, damage of furniture, towels, quilts and sheets. We provide the finest of linens and amenities. When using massage and body oils, be aware, damage to linens that cannot be cleaned will be billed to you. If the room requires an excessive amount of cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be billed to you at a rate of $75/hour and any damages will be assessed the value of repair or replacement.
The Lodge and grounds are for registered guests only. If you are visiting friends and/or family in the area and would like to show them our Lodge, we are always happy to give tours. For the comfort, convenience, and respecting the privacy of all of our guests, we ask that you do not bring in guests, friends, or family without pre-arranging with your Innkeepers. It would be our pleasure to provide a tour.
